Tyson Fury, the WBC heavyweight, Lineal and Ring Magazine champion, has taken to social media to wish former titleholder and heavyweight rival Deontay Wilder a happy birthday.

Wilder turned 36 on October 22, 2021. The birthday wish clearly had no sarcasm or baiting, just Fury trying to let bygones be bygones considering that Wilder was still unwilling to settle their dispute following Fury’s knockout win in their third fight.

Wilder's two professional losses have come at the hands of Fury and Wilder infamously refused to shake Fury after their last fight.
