Just like how players from academy are given a chance to develop amongst a team of word class players, so should some not-so-known coaches be given a chance to attain world class status amidst a pool of world class coaches in the game.

At least, since Ole’s reign, we have consistently qualified for the champions league and played in several semifinals and finals.

That’s something world class coaches like Louis Van Gaal and Mourinho could not consistently guarantee.
