Anything buiness DAT is not allowed to follow the law of demand and supply will eventually fail... Refineries are sophisticated piece of infrastructure DAT are established for business.. Because of subsidies the refineries couldn't make profit in order to maintain itself and improve it longevity ...it became a burden on government.. And it died slowing until NNPC admitted it uselessness hence it shut down... Look at there are two sectors receiving subsidies instead of allow them to thrived independently.. It power and petroleum.. And u will agree with me that they are the only stagnant sectors DAT has reduced our growth as a country... There is no way a business will be running at a loss and u expect it to last...ur only choking it till it eventually dies...that is what killed the refineries.. The same thing for power.. emmnprince: 1 Like |
