Nothing productive to do all day?

Now that you are out of school. You've got no other option than to face reality!

The reality is that you are now a GRADUATE and an individual who can take care of all the bills... Yes, you can!

There are differences between your thought when you were a student and now that you are out of school. As an undergraduate, you had control over when you will read, go to classes, chill with friends, etc.

At the moment, the world of work could influence your time and, you are going to find yourself doing things you wish not to do. It is the reality!

One sweet thing about the position you find yourself in now is to MAKE A CHOICE!

The truth is, you've done all the hard work while in school. You have to be strategic about how you go into the favour market. My understanding and experience are that not everyone will work in the corporate. We have a lot of business persons amongst us, people who are made already and those who potentially need a job.

For those that have their businesses already, you may need to transit and do it in a better way, such that it becomes more profitable. You will value your network more at this time. Your network is your net worth!

For the made, cut soap for us, please. If you do not cut soap for us, it may melt eventually, and maybe reserving with us may be a lifeline. One way to do this if you think it is necessary is to lift people, and yea, the fulfilment is endless!

To the job seekers, one thing you must know is that Rome was not built in a day, and a drop of water makes a mighty ocean. You've got to step out and search for what you want. Do not be limited by what you studied or by the grade you had. There is always a way out, only that you must make sacrifices. You don't have to get your final result before you apply for a job. There are jobs out there, waiting for you to present yourself in the best manner. Your fate is in your hands. Why not decide right and make a move.

One essential tool to deploy is to ensure that your CV and LinkedIn profile are in the best shape.

Remember, when you want to make any step now, it requires sacrificing, but a smart you will make the sacrifice so that the returns are best.

You can't have a bad CV or LinkedIn profile when seeking a job. Statistics say that over 80% of job applicants are not shortlisted because of the wrong CV. You don't want to be an example.

Two months ago, I recruited an entry-level role for a client. Out of the 350 applicants, less than 10 had their CV in the best format. It was worrisome and, I fear many more people will fall prey. At the moment, my joy knows no bounds, simply because you would not make such a mistake.

Take the right step today to prepare yourself for getting a job and optimizing all opportunities. The choice is yours!

Jump on the next line of ACTION!
