Location: Gbagada, Lagos State
Job description
• Preparing Tender and Contract Documents;
• Preparing and follow up of Contract claims’
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities/materials Schedule for all awarded projects;
• Project Valuation and Material Reconciliation Audit Report;
• Keeping records of tender documents;
• Tracking of stock materials update report;
• Carrying out of site inspections and physical measurement;
• Preparation of Quotation for all prospectus projects;
• Carrying out of any other duty that may be assigned by the management.
• To carry out any other function that may be assigned to you by the Management.

Requirement
Bsc/HND in Quantity Survey
At least 3 years of experience
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) / other certification is a plus
