The arraignment of Ekpeye, a suspected homosexual who, last weekend, was allegedly caught while sexually harassing three male minors at his neighborhood in Diobu, was today, stalled as the Magistrate Court did not sit due to the annual conference of the Nigerian Bar Association currently holding in the city.
