I rented an apartment 2 years ago and made payment 12th August but receipt reads 28th August, I renewed second year during pandemic and I was planning to move out but my landlord collected rent from prospective occupant and packed my belongings to magistrate court according to him. My landlord didn't get his facts right, he claimed I entered the house June not knowing I kept receipt and bank alert. He claimed 4 months rent and I have to pay court fees he spent, I needed to travel badly so I had to cut a deal by paying some month extra I spent. I went to magistrate court he claimed he got an express expert but registrar said he was wrong. I need to teach him a lesson and I am ready to take it up with him probably with help of probona and get my money back. I need help
