Vacancy: AC Technician
Reports to: Head of Engineering
Responsibilities:
The AC technician will be responsible, under the direction of the head of engineering, for skilled level works in the installation, maintenance, testing (including using software), and repair of HVAC systems and equipment at Everty One Tower.

Equipment to oversee
Daikin VRV outdoor units, LG VRV outdoor units, Daikin Cassette units, LG Fan Coil Units or ceiling conceal duct units, LG Wall mounted AC units, Daikin wall mounted AC units, Daikin standing units, LG standing units, Dunham bush AHU, Daikin AHU.
1. The air conditioning technicians will install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner units.
2. Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
3. Perform regular maintenance work on all HVAC cooling units.
4. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
5. Repair defective HVAC equipment.
6. Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
7. Install new air-conditioning system and equipment (Wall mounted).
8. Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
9. Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
10. Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
11. Carry out ductwork installation and maintenance.
12. Be able to interpret blueprints MEP drawings.
13. Troubleshoot and rectify VRV AC units’ errors using software.
14. Server rooms AC maintenance and humidity control.
15. Perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems.
16. Maintain tools, order, and track inventory for repairs. Maintain logs, document equipment repairs, adhere to daily work plan, track time, and communicate daily with the Head of Engineering.
17. Cooperate with third party contractors to ensure successful completions of maintenance works.
18. Participate in professional development activities to update knowledge and increase service/repair capabilities.
19. Comply with lockout/tagout procedures as mandated by statutory safety regulations and company policy.
20. Comply with company policy for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workspace.
21. Perform all HVAC work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environment regulations.
22. Meet attendance requirements
23. Meet proper staff uniform appearance and grooming standards.
24. Routinely work overtime, weekends, and holidays to ensure complete tenants’ satisfaction.
