Please which one is Consumption Tax. I bought a meal in an Eatery, Not only was I charged VAT of 7.5%, I was also charged a consumption Tax of 5%. Please which agency is responsible for collecting this Consumption Tax; State or Federal? It means I am paying VAT of 12.5% whenever I buy food from the eatery.

State Internal Revenue Service is responsible for administering consumption tax. |

You may consider cooking at home next time and buy bottle water opposite your house.  |
