I just found out recently that my broilers ( are making strange sound like cough, what can I use for them and hope the cough won't harm them?

Coughs and wheezing are quite deadly, pls consult a vet
Severe cases might result in suffocation/death

how should I administer it to them?

I use 1. 5tsp to smallest water trough which is about 4litres.
Depending on the no. Of chicks u have
