Wife of Nigeria's Honorable Minister of transportation, Her Excellency Dame Mrs Judith Ameachi, yesterday bagged an ''Outstanding Woman of the Year'' excellent achievements award.

Represented by Lady Esther Giadom, wife of the immediate past Acting National Chairman of APC, the award, an initiative of Egberitv, is in recognition of Her Excellency's meritorious achievements and selfless service to humanity over the years.

Lady Giadom who led a cream of dignitaries, most of whom are top women from Rivers State to receive the award on behalf of the wife of the former Governor of Rivers State, appreciated the organizers and Nigerians for finding Dane Amaechi suitable for the award and worthy of nomination for the honor.

Speaking further, Lady Giadom expressed gratitude to God for the privilege and honour bestowed on Dame Amaechi, also congratulated her for an award well-deserved.

The award ceremony was held at the prestigious luxury Hall of Sharaton hotels, Abuja, had in attendance, Sen Andrew Uchendu, Rt Hon Asita Honourable amongst other notable dignitaries and awardees drawn from all walks of life.
