The authority of Port Harcourt City Local Government Council says it has discovered an illegal vehicles dump at Community Secondary School, Nkpolu-Oroworoko operated by an unlawful task force. The Chief Security Officer of the LGA has been directed to return the over 100 vehicles illegally impounded in the school to their rightful owners.
