based on what..the fact that the others arent performing? If he was doing his job, the building would have been sealed and work stopped long time ago. Sanwo-olu himself lives in Ikoyi not far from the site, he must have driven past that building many times, he must have known how many floors was approved. He was former MD of LSDPC and I believe he is a civil engineer. By nature of his profession, his former occupation and his personal home, he cant not have noticed and taken an interest in that building.
