As a Christian it's your duty to serve God, through the power of His Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus, with all your heart

Your competition is not asleep. They sacrifice to their altars regularly. What have you given to God, with a sacrificial heart, lately? When last did you pray all night, fast, or give bountifully with joy?

Are you for real? Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday daytime, when others worldwide are in productive employment, Nigerians are in church shouting, bashing the bible and paying tithes they starved to contribute.

Where has it gotten us in comparison to nations where they view religion as personal and private worship unlike Nigeria where we put religion obtrusively at the heart of and above everything else?

Who advises these ijaw double chiefs??

Tompolo throws unfermented cassava pulp with cyanogenic toxins into the sea. Won’t that poison marine life?

The other high chief Imami was trying to bribe mami water with canned sardines the other time. How silly?

How can you win mami water over by offering it enslaved pieces of its dead children? Added to that, he threw some bottles of Fanta into the sea…bottles take millions of years to degrade. Are the the ways and tradition of their forefathers?

Ayiri visits clubs in Lagos, sprays dollars, pop expensive wines then show off on camera but when it’s time for sacrifice, he will buy a bottles of coke and Fanta with sardines to seek favour from their gods and goddesses!!

Don’t they have spiritual advisers and reputable chief priests in that Ijaw kingdom??

If you talk Ebi and captain8 will brag about how Asari built university in Benin republic with millions of ijaws working there. Is it forbidden to build university in Ijaw and gbaramutu kingdom?
your mumu nor too much like diz?
Asari university in foreign land is a win win for the Ijaw.......

Ayiri is not Ijaw

Oga my only prayer for you is that you believe in Jesus Christ before it is too late. Have a wonderful day ahead.

Millions believe in Jesus Christ today in Nigeria. Where has that gotten our nation in comparison to successful nations like Sweden and the UK where the church is struggling badly to attract younger generations to Christianity?

If you think about it you will know that religious fervour grows in direct proportion to personal hopelessness and in nations like Nigeria where the power to transform your own life for the better is not in the hands of the individual.

Point is that it is okay to serve any God but do it privately and with respect for the choices of others. Religion should guide your spirituality. It should not make you a supremacist or judgemental bigot as obtains in Nigeria probematically.

That is what people like you can never understand with your narrow-minded outlook that anyone not thinking like you needs prayers to "believe in Jesus Christ before it is too late".

(NEWS IN PHOTOGRAPHS) THE MOMENT HIGH CHIEF GOVERNMENT EKPEMUPOLO AKA TOMPOLO OFFERED SACRIFICE TO SARABOBOUWEI DIETY, THE KING OF THE RIVER

SACRIFICES AND PRAYERS AS GBARAMATU CELEBRATES SARABUBOWEI (OWEISEIMOR BINIPERE) THE KING OF THE RIVER

Each year, the people ot Gbaramatu Kingdom in Delta State, Nigeria offer thanks to Sarabobouwei (Oweiseimor Binipere) King of the river. Thought to be over 700 years old, this festival is in honour of an ancient deity that guards the entrance of the territorial waters of the ancient kingdom. This deity is the defender of the waters; it protects against any external enemy that comes within the premises of the Gbaramatu kingdom.

The Ijaw people, as fishermen and women, face alot of sea danger in their fishing expedition; some experience boat submerging at the sea through high waves, through unexpected turbulence etc. Oweisemor Binipere, the king of the sea, they say, will often come to their rescue at the sea. No danger at the waters will consume them as the deity oversees, protects and empowers them with riches.

Today, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo a.k.a Tompolo has made it happen in the move to revive this ancient phenomenon that, the people believe, has not been given its right of place in the tradition of the people for its potent power, for some decades. The deity that has not been served for years has gotten a new high priest from the family lineage that has previously served it before now. Ikeretimi Marvelous Agbunase is the new chief priest of Oweisemor Binipere deity at Sarabobou community at the entrance of the Gbaramatu kingdom, it sees from the Escravos River.

Significantly, the deity is believed to be a great defender of the water borderline of the Gbaramatu people. Whoever losses his/her way along the seashore will be protected and Binipere will bring them back home. And another magical power of this deity is that if a canoe capsizes in the river, the next day, the deity will bring out the lost properties magically to the bank of the sea for the owner(s) to receive and give thanks to the deity by pouring libations and sacrifices of thankfulness. It is a belief system among the Ijaws of Gbaramatu as a serving deity that brings abundant wealth and protection to the believers.

Those who serve this deity, they say, have never been disappointed by his powers of blessings over the years.

The coming of the deity according to them at this time, they believe, will help the Niger Delta region to bring back the lost glories of development been faced by the region which Tompolo has stood to be the bridges to interconnect this developmental visions of the Niger Delta people.

See photos below...

WHAT THIS GBARAMATU KINGDOM NEED IS FEDERAL PRESENCE AND DEVELOPMENT.

Not JUJU WORKS !

Make you people go buy holy bible and read the secrets of God 's blessing.

Lol. You're the one deceiving yourself because that image of Trump just shows you are a classic and 'herded' sheep.

Trump is the most unChristian public leader anyone can think of.

A picture of Christians praying over him proves what exactly other than the fact conmen are using religion to swindle gullible people like you.

How does Trump live privately? Does he uphold the tenets of the ten commandment in his public and private actions?

What of your pastors who use private jets costing billions of Naira in a very poor nation and set up private universities charging a fortune for school fees when they should be using their vast fortunes to give back to humanity freely?

Religion itself is good for spiritual guidance but it has become an evil and very harmful scam because of gullible folks like you who believe blindly without asking obvious questions.

No one practices idolatory and devil worship like the delta State of Nigeria.
Visit delta State. There is a strange looking shrine after every other house you walk past. And the youth leaders are incredibly wicked. They will never allow the oil companies to develop their place, they prefer to collect the money and squander it on their hedonistic lifestyle.
There infighting and killing among them, all because of free money from oil companies.
But I love the state, i won't even lie. I love that fvcking state and i don't know why.

Did your great, great, great, great grand parents know Jesus Christ? Do you now believe they are in hell because Christianity was not introduced to them?

Why are you then willing to swear Jesus and Christianity as superior when they both were not known in Nigeria even 200 years ago when your ancestors were living peacefully?

I was born into a Christian home so I am not against Christianity. Yet I recognise the dangers of proclaiming my ways and worship supperior to that of others.

Why not live and let live? The most successful nations in the world are secular leaning. Whereas Nigeria that is likely the most religious nation in the world, with more church than houses on some road, remains very bleeped up and worsening .

Go and figure that out to know that it is people like you, on the side of Christianity and Islam, who are the real problem of Nigeria.

If you can show me how Christianity and Islam have helped Nigeria, better than the traditional belief system of our forefathers, then I may view you a wise man.

Otherwise you seem very ignorant, brainwashed and 'herded' to me.

Is Jesus from Nigeria and did he have a presence in Nigeria 200 years ago when your forefathers were practicing their traditional beliefs peacefully ?

What wars, mass killings or terrorism has, for example, Ifa divination practice caused in relation to Christianity and Islam that have completely polarized the world violently, uncompromisingly and fundamentally?

Maybe what your forefathers belived in was actually superior but you are too in awe of everything foreign to note that.

You need to show me how Christianity and Islam have moved Nigeria forward. 20 Church and 10 Mosque on a street with 50 addresses yet no peace, no Godliness, no love of humanity, no charity for the poor and needy, no compassion, zero immorality, broken families, divorce everywhere, promiscuity, fraud, corruption, killings, Private jet Pastors, Imam demanind amesty and cash settlement for bandit killers and terrorists etc.

Yet the two main religion of Christianity and Islam that Nigerians practice are "Kings above Kings"?

Try to sometimes think outside the box oppressors want to shackle you in. Doing that may tranform your life and show you the real purpose of your existence instead of living according to how manipulative people want you to.
these you just highlighted, do you think the problem is with the religion or the people ?
