It is now reportedly established that:

Ihiala has about 148000 registered voters and that out of 148000 only 42000 voters collected their PVC.

What it means is that there won't be more than 42000 votes in Ihiala for all the parties involved in the gubernatorial election.

I doubt of Ihiala will produce more than 20k votes.

The election has been won and lost.

I actually thought it 148,000 collected PVCs.

But if it’s merely 42k PVCs collected with Soludo leading by a margin of 60k votes, then it’s over already.

Congratulations to APGA and Soludo in advance.

It can't record more than 30k votes, which Soludo would have nothing less than 15k to seal the deal
