RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell AMOULA VENTURES LIMITED (https://amoulaventuresltd.org/) products to existing and prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through direct contact.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.


DUTIES

Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, calling, presentations etc.)

Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.

Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.


EXPERIENCE

1. Min experience of 5 years in sales

2. Experience in fields related to building and construction material

3. Strong personality, preferably uni graduate in business or marketing
