It's all stories. No foreigners will operate such activities without an insider in most cases the government cabals backing & getting their direct cut, even the government cabals have their own private miners.

Government authorities should pay attention to the activities of small mining companies to improve the quantity and quality of mined gold, not just prosecute "fictitious" thieves.
