Job Role: Head of Nursing and Care
Location: Benin, Edo State

Job Requirements -
-Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a relevant field
-Certified license from NMCN
-Minimum of five (5) years experience as Head of Nursing or Deputy Head of Nursing in a standard hospital
-Post basic and administrative nursing position in a reputable standard hospital is an added advantage
-In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.


Job Responsibilities -
-Manage and lead all nursing personnel operations
-Develop short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department
-Establish new policies and update existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
-Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care processes
-Maintain department budgets and record all expenses.
