Hello everyone....for the past 2weeks now..I have been struggling to pass my kyc verification on bitmart....and I kept getting the same result..which is verification failed. Am using the plastic national id card. Each time I contact support, all they say is keep trying. Am tired. And I got some funds in there I can't withdraw. Anyone else having this same challenge? |
