Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Advisory team which will cover Financial Advisory, Capital Raising, Business Valuation, Business and Process Re-engineering, and Grant Application and execution.
Other responsibilities include assisting to:
• Prepare proposals to clients for new business
• Drafting business plans
• Responsible for building and maintaining accurate investor and transaction databases
• Handle day-to-day interface with Investors/Financiers and other parties involved in the department’s transactions
• Responsible for retrieving data from a wide variety of data sources and interpreting and presenting accurate and dependable data
• Responsible for developing sound, presentable models with integrity
• Responsible for preparing pitch documents to prospective clients
• Responsible for supervising proper filing records
• Understanding of transaction timelines and deliverables
• Ensure that transactions are executed in line with the relevant rules and regulations within the financial advisory internal procedures
• Special ad-hoc projects, presentations, and initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• About to start or yet to start NYSC
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics
• Professional qualifications like ACCA, ICAN, and CFA or in progress will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or understanding of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Self-starter with outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
