A hospitality company is looking for a professional front desk clerk to supervise all receptionist and secretarial activities. 

Brief

The Hotel Capitol is a modern and contemporary hotel that provides luxury and the highest level of comfort.

The three-star hotel is in the heart of Omole Phase 1, with excellent road networks connecting it to other sections of the mainland and the city of Lagos as a whole. 

The hotel's 28 rooms include deluxe executive and super executive rooms and one- and two-bedroom luxury suites.

The hired front desk officer will be responsible for various tasks such as answering phones, managing the switchboard and keeping track of the office budget.

Your primary purpose is to deliver excellent customer service and support to our clients. 

Also, the potential candidate will be attractive and friendly, with exceptional people skills, as the "face" of our organization. 

To be successful in this role, you should multitask and have strong communication and organizational abilities.
