Honestly, Gov Sanwo Olu is a courageous leader for him to allow independent fact-finding into the massacre and hopes Mr. Lai will allow the atmosphere to be at peace. His senseless defense of evil would do nothing than more harm to the APC-led administration. No amount of image laundering will kill the truth. May the soul of the innocent youths killed by a self-serving government rest in peace.
For those that, the government mercenaries used to perpetuate this evil, your days are numbered, whether you like it or not, the blood of the innocent youths deprived from their well being, good education, water, and even the breath of life would continue to hunt you and your generation. Amen and amen!

What stopped the police and soliders from using tear gas or rubber bullet to dispel protesters? Why live bullet as if they can bring back the dead.

The same soldiers that swore to protect and guild the citizens are the biggest killer of the citizens.

people like u are the reason Nigeria is in this mess,people like u would have only make mouth online and ranting on tweeter no action,sanwo olu tried if the man sweep everything under the carpet u will only complain on nairaland,the real issue here should be since we already know people died we should look for a way to make the guilty people pay for their crimes that’s the intelligent way of doing things but shockingly u prefer the ipob way of a thousand talks no action

You’re mad ... so with all these reports from the panel, ure still asking someone if he knows the victims? As big as the country is, u expect a random person on Nairaland to know those victims ?

The fact that I don’t know any of them doesn’t mean some other people don’t know them...

At least the bodies have been identified and wounded ones identified even in the face of so much threat to silence them from coming out as witnesses

Sanwo Olu needs better advisers on leadership and governance.. you don't make a non SWner head of panel in Lagos state and compensate mostly outsiders for an act perpetrated on Yoruba soil. What message is he sending to Yorubas in Lagos?
