Good afternoon. So, I have this interview discussion coming up for a Technical account manager role, and I was given a task, but I seriously don't know how to go about it. I understand that it’s a critical thinking/ problem solving question. My problem is that I am not very fluent with using Excel and the case study involves Excel.

I would really appreciate your help with this case study.
