The conclusion is as good as the evidences that leads to the conclusion. If the panel had said there were no deaths at the tollgate and the evidences suggest there were, then the panel's outcome would still be questioned because it would still be inconsistent with the evidences available. People want to see a water-tight conclusion which flows from the evidences presented. Once the evidences don't corroborate the findings, irrespective of the findings, people will still have legitimate reasons to question the report.

read the man's pointless defensive and paranoid babbles, but I did not see where he denied the allegations that the panel collected award money from a witness.

The allegation came from a lawyer, SAN and the person it was made against is also a lawyer/SAN.

The story about the bribe came from the same man you are peddling, he made the assertions in front of the tribunal so it's not a secret and he did not deny it for a reason.

So, the government must accept made up lies, fraudulent and fake assertions just because they set up the panel?

Was presenting a report full of lies, errors and misrepresentation the task the government gave them?

Did the useless panel itself not admitted that their own report is full of errors?

What kind of government accepts a report, especially regarding the very important endsars issue?

Do you know that members of the panel and the LASG are liable and could be sued by the people affected by the unsubstantiated claims and references in the error ridden and inaccurate report.

Must the government accept stories where people died and sustained injuries several miles away, but the panel reported that they died and sustained injuries at the LTG?

Must the government accept claims that 11 people died when in fact it was not proven that they actually died, or that these are real people since the story about 11 dead people remains words of mouth ad hearsays on top of the fact that the pathologist said he examined only 3 corpses from LTG and they did not suffer any bullet or pellet wounds?


At the end of the day, the panel still have to show proof that people died at the toll gate, they still have to show how they arrived at 11 bodies, how they inserted into their reports details about people dying at sustaining injuries elsewhere but showing up in the report with LTG.


With these outright lies and inconsistencies, I'd think you'd demand something better from the panel instead of this half ass job, incompetency and total disaster if you truly and honestly are about real truth and justice.
