Sophia Urista, 36, the frontwoman for cover band Brass Against, urinated over a fan after telling the audience she needed to pee but couldn't make the bathroom

A male fan was brought on stage and lay on the floor as Urista squatted over him
She then emptied the contents of her bladder all over the bald-headed man 

Viewers on social media were shocked by the act; the band apologized.


Female audience member called 911 to complain, saying her 16-year-old witnessed Urista's antics, but she did not file a police report .

NASCAR, which operates the venue where incident took place, banned Brass Against from performing at any of its properties  

A video of the moment when Sophia Urista peed on the fan recently went viral. 'The Voice' ex-contestant issued an apology on Instagram, saying, "I want to speak to my performance at Rockville metal festival in Daytona."


While the video clip shows him lying on the ground with what appears to be a can over his head as Sophia Urista unbuttoned her pants and bent over his face, it's unclear if the fan knew what he was being brought on stage for
