Update from A video making rounds online shows some students of Yaba College of Technology, YABATECH, Lagos given a punishment by their lecturer for making noise in his class. The lecturer brought back a nostalgic feeling as he told them to ‘pick pin’ while in class. Picking of pin is a punishment that is usually given in many Nigerian secondary schools, and it involves someone bending over as if they want to pick a pin with their fingers and staying in that position for hours.
