Job Description

Personal Assistant to Managing Director, General Manager and H.O.P
Deliver excellence customer service at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, on telephone or via email.
Liaising with clients as relation to their consignments by attending to queries.
Manage inbound and outbound movement of materials from the warehouse
Fixing appointment with clients via sms and email
Assist in processing of travelling document and itineraries (plan travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
Draft correspondence seen as emails and letters
Bank transfers to serve as redline logistics representative in client organization ( processing of bank transaction)
Updating weekly inventory reports
Backload list maintenance
Writing reports and typing of document
Managing, reviewing filling and office system
Handling Quotation preparation and commercial analysis on customer request
Organizing files and general documentation.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Salary
N80,000 / month.
