3) MISMATCH NAMES: If you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you saw this on your payroll tab it simply means your BVN names do not match your profile names and your account names did not match as well, please if you have recently complained about this issue and your payroll tab recently changed to pending from failed, exercise patience as this will be resolved, if otherwise, please contact support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and also send a back up message to 092203102, 018888148, avoid repeated messages.

4) NO PAYMENT DATA AVAILABLE: Please this is the first stage of the payment, before it changes to pending, then to processing, then to paid, if you are having this issue and your current payroll status is on pending, please exercise patience you will be paid.


5) PAYROLL BLANK: If nothing is being displayed on your payroll, it simply means work is ongoing on your payroll tab, and it will be displayed once it is rectified, just exercise patience, if you experience this issue.

6) TIME OUT WAITING FOR RESPONSE FROM DESTINATION: Please if you are having this issue on your payroll tab, it simply means NASIMS is trying to pay you but network issue is preventing payment into your account, exercise patience if your payroll tab is on pending, you will be paid. Alternatively you can visit your bank and explain to them, they will be in the best position to assist you.


7) NO ACTION TAKEN: Yes, this simply means no action has been taken either from NASIMS, or from your bank, concerning payment, also exercise patience if your payroll is on pending, if your payroll is displaying failed please contact support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and also send a back up message to 092203102, 018888148, avoid repeated messages.

My account details was correct and is correct, yet I'm seeing beneficiary bank not available. when it comes to account and money, I take my time to crosscheck thrice or more. The bulk faults all comes from Nasims themselves. They admitted their might be challenges even before payment started, even now they still own up to it.
