Liquid retention. This is the name of the swelling that women acquire in PMS, and worse than that is the novelty: six out of ten women swell during this period, and a woman measuring six feet, for example, can gain up to two kilos and kind of like that.

Fighting bloating, therefore, becomes the need for many women. Some ways to do this are to drink a lot of water, run, drink tea and not eat any salt. Here are some more tips that can help you get rid of bloating in PMS.

Foods that should be cut from the menu during this period: Salt, fried foods and fats, Shoyu sauce, Alcohol and light soda. They swell even more, which makes you feel even bigger.

Teas are good choices, as they are diuretics, improve metabolism, speed up fat digestion, and reduce anxiety, which is often the main cause of bloating.

They curb your appetite too, but don't get carried away, the ideal to be consumed a day is a maximum of six cups of tea. See some teas that are great options for your menu.

Green tea. Increases the rate of caloric expenditure by making the body work hard and thus spend more energy to keep functioning, this makes the person slim.

Orange peel, carqueja, pineapple peel and hibiscus tea speed up the digestion of fats and proteins, which helps reduce bloating as well.
To regulate your appetite and control the feeling of hunger, nothing like rosemary and oregano, including these things in your eating routine can be of great help in reducing bloating.

Another thing that needs to be controlled is anxiety, which can be of great help for swelling in your body. Usually to reduce anxiety some women eat everything they see, but there are more things that can be done, such as physical activity, a walk, and even a nap can be helpful.

Just don't allow anxiety to dominate your routine, to the point of making swelling permanent in your body. Lymphatic massages are also good options, if you are hopeless, use them to reduce swelling and also the pain caused by it in PMS.
