As we know in the labor market, who stands out is the one with more knowledge and professional qualification and many people do not know how to deal very well with this feeling that someone younger or even the newcomer in the company has a position superior to you.

However, many people end up arousing the feeling of jealousy of those who hold a higher position, not knowing how to deal with differences in the market, so it is good that you always keep up-to-date so that you can also grow within the company.

However, in a work environment, it is essential to have a good relationship with all co-workers, not treating subordinates or bosses differently, as everyone must be treated in the same way even if they are more intimate with one than with the other.

It is important to know how to deal with friendships, since work is work, friendship is friendship, so both must be differentiated, because within the company, no matter how many friends they are outside at work, they must always be professionals carrying out the issues related to their position.

If you notice that someone is unhappy with your promotion or with your position, the best thing to do is to continue talking to the colleague normally even knowing that he does not support you, because in cases like this turning your back literally can be a big hole so try to maintain your composure.

Within your work, talk only about subjects related to it, personal life, leave it to talk with someone you trust at lunchtime or even at coffee time. Nothing to do to gossip.

Therefore, if the jealous person approaches you, do not show that they are superior, but rather have a frank and open conversation with them, saying that they are in the position because they deserve and studied for it, and take advantage of the opportunity to advise them to do the even study and perform well the jobs within the company that will certainly be recognized.
