We are in search of an experienced Poultry Farm Manager who can successfully make firm decisions and run our farm effectively whilst undertaking the following:

* Excellent brooding skills with a very minimal mortality record.
* Achieve high daily egg production records.
* Ensure birds have access to adequate food and water at all times.
* Ensure the birds are always fed at the appropriate time.
* Always monitor the flocks to identity any inactive or unhealthy birds and request for immediate treatment.
Enforce proper bio-security measure and ensure the farm environment is hygienic and healthy for the birds.
* Provide leadership and supervision of the daily farm operations and staffs.
* Render daily report of eggs.
* Keep records of all activities at the farm. Such as mortalities, vaccination dates, vet visits, sales, farm expenses e.t.c.
* Ensure proper and frequent checking of nipples to ensure all flocks have access to water at all times.
