Just recently bought an apartment at alsalam city for under 29k sterling. Good value for money i would say.

Visit www.deoluakinyemi.com. I know he advertised something on his site and in the papers about property in Dubai and he just returned from a trip to Dubai. His company is called Generis and it's at 71, Allen Avenue, I think on the second floor.
