How to calculate the block needed for construction
I am going to be using this because it is fully dimensioned
Note
Entrance door 1200x2100 mm
Room door 900x2100mm
Toilet door 750x2100mm
Toilet window 600x600mm
Kitchen 1200x1500mm
Room 2500x1500mm
Other window 1500x1500mm
Height of the building is 3m

Add all the dimensions together ,the places that is shedded black or with thick black lines indicate the block , the thick lines indicate the windows and the curve the doors , so we are adding all the black lines together
5.5+5.5+6.5+6.5+3.1+2.8+1.4=31.3
Then multiple by the height
31.3*3= 93.9m2
Deducting the doors and windows from the total square meter
Entrance 1.2*2.1= 2.52 m2 (converted to metere)
Room door = 0.9*2.1= 1.89m2
Toilet door = 0.75*2.1= 1.58
Toilet window = 0.6*0.6=0.36
Kitchen window =1.2*1.5= 1.8
Bedroom window = 2.5*1.5= 3.75
Other rooms = 1.5*15*5( 5 is the number of windows in the drawings )= 11.25
Total deduction= 23.15( total numbers of opening )
To get the total numbers of blocks needed 93.9-23.15= 70.75 m2
1 m2 is about 10blocks
71( approximately) *10 = 710 blocks
Add breakage = 800 blocks is fine to buy

How to calculate the bags of cement to buy for laying the blocks
1 bag of cement will lay 50 blocks
So 800 blocks for 800 blocks
800/50 =16 bags of cement to lay 800 blocks

Externally the perimeter multiplied by the height
6.5*3*2=39
5.5*2*3=33

Internally
Perimeter room by room
Total is 148.92
Deduct openings for internally and externally
72-19.68=53
148.92-43.63=106
Total square for plastering internally and externally is 159
Number of cement needed
1 bag of cement will plaster 13m2
159/13=13 bags of cement
