Good evening n'Landers .

Pls, I'm planning to relocate to Ikorodu in Lagos State as my residence base and being a total stranger to the area I'll be needing your suggestion on the best places in Ikorodu I can reside base on the following criteria below:
1 Uninterrupted constant power supply (Minimum of 15hrs light day)
2. Constant water
3. Tiled and fenced
4. Spacious
5. Balcony (optional)

NB: It is a room self contained and my budget is 100k-120k total package with agency fee
