At the end of every learning session or term,examinations are conducted to know how far each student has progressed so far through out the learning session so far,at the end of the exam,and its markings; results are announced and the best outstanding students are known but if you agree with me there are some students that are knowledgeable but they can express it in exams.Also,having EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE IS DIFFERENT FROM HAVING KNOWLEDGEABLE CERTIFICATE OFF HAND,So exams are just something of put down in paper.Some students cram just to have the paper results also there are students who are brilliant but it can't only be expressed in paper.SO FAR,EXAMINATION IS NOT THE TRUE TEST OF KNOWLEDGE.
