CNG Accuses Buhari Of Nepotism In Key Appointments by Azeemokoya: 9:24pm On Dec 05, 2021
The Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG), has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of nepotism by appointing more northerners into critical national positions to the detriment of the Southern part of the country.

The apex northern group which made the allegation in a statement issued on Sunday by its spokesman, Abdul-Azeez Suleiman, said Buhari’s key appointments since coming into power in 2015 has been skewed to favour the north, while neglecting other parts of the country.

The CNG, however, lamented that despite majority of Buhari’s “sensitive and critical” appointments going to the north, the region has not benefitted much as it is still reeling from poverty, underdevelopment, insurgency and banditry.

“Since coming to power in 2015, President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed more northerners into critical positions but to what effect has these appointments been for the North?

“We all can testify that the North has been the major casualty of the policies of the Buhari administration while the South is the major beneficiary.

“The appointment of northerners into critical positions cannot be a yardstick for judging a people’s development or prosperity as we are all witnesses to the fact that the North is still wallowing extreme poverty, underdevelopment, banditry, kidnappings and insurgency.”

It will take Nigeria well over 60 years to recover from the disaster called buhari rule..
Take a look at this tip...

1960 to 2015 (55 years) naira no pass 180 to the dollar ( 180 naira Increase)

2015 to 2021 (6years) naira jumped from 180 to 580 to the dollar ( 400 naira Increase)

So in 6years this man surpassed a 55 year failing

The effect is profoundly felt by all and sundry too..forget BMC rantings,na them dey suffer pass.

I was interacting with a pensioneer who began receiving pensions in 2015 at a salary of 87k.. a bag of rice then was 5500 .. she wasn't doing so badly then . She could buy 15 bags then and keep some change

Today she is still receiving 87k.. a bag of same rice quality is 28k now.. if she wants to spend all on rice, she can't buy more than 3 bags.. This woman literally begs to eat now because inflation has made a mess of that amount!

Almijirin what state are you from, Charity they say begins @ home?

You should be more concerned about the Commissioners in your state, not Federal Ministers? If we ask you to mention the Commissioner for Finance, or the Commissioner for agriculture in your state, you couldn’t name? Stop chasing shadows.

Don’t you have an identity, what is the difference between you & your Almijirin Brothers In Taraba State sniffing glue, that has his own Governor & commissioners, yet still shouting President Buhari?

Laziness of the youths is the problem who have chosen to purportedly work hard aimlessly instead of smart, they lack innovation to move the country to the next sphere, in line with the demands of the 21st century & 5G evolution of the 6th sense.

They would rather blame one Hausa Fulani man in Northern Nigeria for their own self inflicted woes, they have still chosen not to think out the box.

It is the duty of the private sector to generate foreign exchange not the Government, What commodity does your state government encourage for export to make foreign exchange based on their comparative advantage.

What do you export to make dollars? Sooner than later, the chicken will finally come home to roost, & then they look for a scapegoat to heap the blame on.

2 things young man
1, Nigerian youths no lazy

Even if them lazy, them no lazy pass average South African , British and even American youths

2. The buck stops at a certain table in any state. The Nigerian state even weilds far more powers than the average democratic states in the world. Whose duty is it to create the environment to stimulate these growth and development u talk about?
