The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, said it has set aside N60 billion intervention fund to execute the Lagos State Blue Rail Line project, out of which N45 billion has already been disbursed. Alba3:There is an element of free in it because the cost of that fund is discounted. It's not going to be difficult to recoup the investment as CBN may convert the fund to equity and resell. It's a project with the capacity to pay back from the revenue generated by the project itself.
