A renowned king once said: “Kindness and faithfulness keep a king safe, through kindness his throne is made secure.”

His imperial majesty Oba Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, The Ooni of Ife has been faithful to the Ife people and Yoruba at large. His kindness and philanthropic gestures cannot be overemphasized.

A king that loves, accommodates, and understands. A speaker of truth to powers that be without fear or favor. A king who is working assiduously in making sure the Yorubas stands as one.

Your keen interest in the development and capacity building of the youth did not and can not go unnoticed neither can it be over emphasized, you have been a king who over the time has proved himself to be a youth lover and a peace-making King not allowing the position you occupies as the Head of Yoruba kings take away your humility and your belief in the younger generation

The Southwest Youth Parliament under the hegemony of Rt. Hon. Temitope E. Joseph uses this medium to felicitate with His Imperial Majesty Oba Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife on his 6th coronation anniversary. We pray that the King live long on the throne of his fathers. May Yoruba continues to flourish under the king. May the Almighty Eledumare not forsake the King. So shall it be.

Long live Olori Alade Yoruba.
Long live Ife, the cradle of the Yorubas.
Long live Yoruba.
Long live the federal Republic of Nigeria.

E-Signed;
Hon. JOEL O. Taiwo
Chief Press Secretary, Office of the Hon. Speaker.
