It is also the resource given to the rich and the poor. To the oppressor and oppressed, the successful and the slacker. It is also the same time given to students who pass their exams and students who don't.

-Did you use your time to start early preparation?
-Did you use your time to understand the concepts and principles underlying each topic?
-Did you use your time to study daily?
-Did you use your time to study past questions and answers so that you can understand how principles and concepts are been tested?
-Did you spend time looking for and using the right material?

So in simple terms, if you want to pass your ICAN Exams, you must use your time wisely.
