Just like we have events like "felabration" can anyone flag off an event and call it "felabration"? Is their any law protecting it, just like a registered company's name can't be used i have a gospel music concert i want to host, the person i related it to, because we didn't agree on something, now he wants to host it by himself, using the same name. So my question is, can an event name be registered and be protected? |
