By the time Buhari returns from the Ebonyi State, there will no longer be anything like Northern Nigeria because all Security apparatus will be deployed to the East leaving every other part of Nigeria bare for terrorists to take over.

I have a friend who stays over there in Shiroro with his whole family. I've suggested to him severally to relocate to the east but he doesn't care about all that. He keeps saying that their area in Shiroro is safe.
