Heart disease is a very scary illness that can be life-threatening.
Therefore, even if you have some symptoms that you are worried about, go to the hospital as soon as you feel something is wrong with your chest.

Angina and myocardial infarction can come from a variety of causes.
One of them is "hypertension".

If the blood pressure remains high, strong pressure is applied to the blood vessel wall and arteriosclerosis progresses.
When arteriosclerosis reduces the supply of blood to the heart, it causes angina, and when a blood clot forms, it causes myocardial infarction.
Hypertension is a condition in which the heart pumps blood with a strong force.
If the heart continues to be overwhelmed in this way, there is an increased risk of developing cardiac hypertrophy, a disease that thickens the walls of the heart.
It is said that cardiac hypertrophy can be life-threatening as well as symptoms such as palpitation and shortness of breath.

High blood pressure puts a strain on the heart and blood vessels, making it more likely to develop heart disease.
Therefore, take measures to lower your blood pressure on a daily basis.

An easy countermeasure is to push the acupoints.
By stimulating the acupoints in your hand called Aiya, you can expect the effect of lowering blood pressure.
Gotani is the acupoint at the base of the thumb and index finger bones.

It is said that pressing this acupoint improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure.
In addition, acupuncture points such as the reception on the front side of the neck, the curved pond on the elbow, and the Zusanli on the calf are also effective measures against high blood pressure.

If you have time, you can easily push the acupoints, so let's incorporate them into your daily life.
There are different types of Meniere's disease. There are four types of Meniere's disease, vestibular Meniere's disease, bilateral Meniere's disease, and Lermoyer syndrome. Some of all types do not cause dizziness, but many are associated with vertigo, tinnitus, and deafness.

Nabe cow-type Meniere's disease does not cause vertigo, and the main symptoms are low-pitched deafness and tinnitus. In addition, vestibular Meniere's disease is characterized by prolonged vertigo. The seizures last for a long time and cause repeated dizziness. Other symptoms of Meniere's disease may also occur due to symptoms of the inner ear.

What all types have in common is that they are caused by blisters in the inner ear (endolymphatic hydrops). Many suddenly experience severe dizziness and nausea, cold sweats, pallor of the face, and faster pulse without any trigger. This symptom lasts from 30 minutes to several hours. This attack may be repeated many times.
