Nnamdi Kanu on Monday, December 13, pummeled a new suit against the Attorney General of the Federation AGF, the Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami SAN and the Department of State Service (DSS).

In the new suit, Kanu is looking for a request from the Federal High court in Abuja to constrain the DSS to permit him access food, clinical consideration and garments of his decision.

The kept head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, blamed the DSS for horribly abusing his essential common liberties.

Kanu, in the suit stamped FHC/ABJ/CS1585/2021, documented through one of his legal counselors, Mr. Maxwell Chibuike Okpara, claimed that a specialist drew in by the security office has separated his blood north of 21 times.

The IPOB pioneer lamented that in spite of a request for the court, he has nor been permitted to have a difference in attire nor to rehearse his religion in detainment.

Kanu additionally applied for one more request against DSS to permit him make game plans for his food without help from anyone else at his own cost.
