Is that not black soup. A native delicacy from Esan people of edo state. Made from grounded bitterleaf, scent leaf and cooked into paste and garnished with snails and other living organisms. It's quite nutritive and can be used by people who have haemorrhoid because of its high fibre content When cooked at first its a dark green color but when reheated again and again it changes To more black color |
