Georgia company sells enough ‘Let’s Go Brandon’-themed wrapping paper to cover 8 NFL football fields

The conservative apparel and accessories company Bring Ammo says it is receiving round-the-clock orders of its "Let’s Go Brandon" Christmas wrapping paper.

The company began offering the wrapping paper last month as a "fun idea" for its current customers, and It's since turned into a nationwide frenzy.

Owner Seth Weathers told Fox Business Monday that the company has sold more than 500,000 square feet of the "Let’s Go Brandon" wrapping paper.

Weathers said he came up with the idea while talking with a friend and asked a local printer if he could create the wrapping paper.

"We sent out an email, and it just started really blowing up quick," Weathers said. "I kind of knew we were onto something at that point."

The phrase "Let's Go Brandon!" has become a rallying cry for the president’s critics. It all started as a profane anti-Biden chant at college football games but went to a new level in early October when NBC reporter Kelli Stavast interviewed NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Brandon Brown after he captured his first race victory at Alabama’s Talladega Superspeedway.

Alabama recalls man's personalized 'Let's Go Brandon' license plate

The Alabama Department of Revenue's Motor Vehicle Division is preventing Nathan Kirk from using his personalized "Let's Go Brandon" license plate on his truck.

The state of Alabama is pumping the brakes on a man’s “Let’s Go Brandon” license plate — insisting the crude catchphrase targeting President Biden isn’t fit for the road.

Nathan Kirk, of Oneonta, received a letter from the Alabama Department of Revenue’s Motor Vehicle Division earlier this month citing the "objectionable language" of his personalized plate, the Trussville Tribune reported.

"Registration for this personalized license plate message will not be issued/renewed," the letter stated, adding that the "LGBF JB" needed to be surrendered within 10 days or Kirk's registration would be revoked.

"It's been on the road for a month, and it was approved a long time ago – it was approved immediately when I bought it," Kirk told the newspaper Friday. "They didn’t have any issue taking the six or $700 it cost from me."


Kirk said the department’s decision is suppressing his First Amendment rights.
