In the Christmas spirit of sharing love and happiness, Oke Umurhohwo and his itel team today 14th of December, 2021 took to Oharisi Primary school field to share Christmas gifts to over 5,000 school children.

The activity attracted over 21 primary and secondary schools in the Ughelli North local government area.

Oke Umurhohwo who is the frontline aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) running for House of Assembly, Ughelli North constituency II and also the marketing manager of itel in the West Africa region, was very pleased with the outpouring of love, prayers, happiness from the children as they received their Christmas itel gifts.

Umurhohwo used the opportunity to reaffirm his commitment and love for the people of Ughelli and how he would always be involved in activities that bring happiness to people of his constituency. He also reinstated his mission to deliver quality representation at the House of Assembly come 2023, when elected.

In a press address, Olorogun Peter Tobore Akpofure, the Otota of Ughelli Kingdom, commended the young humanitarian and environmentalist for his visionary leadership, noting that "the people of Ughelli had not seen this type of gesture in recent years."

Items disbursed during the exercise included; mobile libraries, text books, School bags, water bottles, food flasks, Christmas caps, spoons, biros, key holders and a variety of other items.

In response, the pupils appreciated Umurhohwo with prayers, hugs and well wishes and thanked the itel company for remembering them in this christmas season celebration.
