[quote author=bestman09 post=108551893] They should have been demoted to the magistrate court or even jailed. Corruption is growing higher and when judges who should be above board are compromised like this, what will be the fate of the common man?[/quotes.

Well said,bro!
Many Nigerians wouldn't even read it because it's not about Politics, tribe or religion, yet many innocent cases,if not thousands are piling up in our Courts accross Nigeria!
What happens in an Industrial Court Case- where a Judge just ignored the Lawyers attention to a very Big -Errors that 'his Client did not received Fair hearing, since he was never allowed to stand before the Company Staff Disciplinary Committee-which is an organization Standard Procedures' for setting Dispute and many States of Federation have Staff Disciplinary Members of( 5-6) that others Staff have passed through!
How could the same Judge be asking the Company (defendant) if the Claimant ever go through Staff Disciplinary Committee! Of course, and the defendant even say he would not know! A serious matter that a Judge should be thorough in Industrial Matters here! The Judge obviously new what he was doing- without much Ado!
A decade civil matters,in a cooler!
Pray you don't get a Court case in Nigeria!

So it was because of this meeting that Malami and the Nigerian Police charged Odilis trespassers to court.

The punishment given in this case is a slap on the wrist. Tinkering with justice should be a grave crime with grave consequences. If the judiciary cannot handle corruption within their midst, the executive and it's agents will keep on undermining and influencing it.

For Justice Odili to sit over a disciplinary panel of judges is a travesty.
A known mole and enabler of justice for money, a Wike racquet, to be involved in this process dents the credibility of the bench.

All for secondus....Wike+peter odili = Mary odili ....as long as Mary Odili still remains in that place Wike will forever win any legal battle. This same woman did the abracadabra for Wike in 2015 which is known to any sensible person my fear is 2023, I'm afraid.
