Our client, a Trusted Real Estate Sales and Development Company with headquaters in Lagos with several successful estate projects in Lagos & Ogun states seeks to employ the services of sales professionals with proven experience and track records in sales and marketing of real estate products as our Senior Sales Executives.

The ideal candidates shall be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. They would have to do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.


Location: Lagos


Responsibilities

Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with sales leaders
Developing annual sales strategy and goals
Maintain fruitful relationships with both potential and existing customers
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
0-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills


Salary

N100,000 – N200,000 and or commission.


Experience or knowledge in Real Estate or Banking will be an added advantage.
