This republic started in 1999 when Olusegun Obasanjo was sworn in as a democratically elected President on May 29th of that Year. So I am wondering, has anything gotten really better in the country from then till date? Healthcare? The Economy? Security? Infrastructure? Quality of governance? Level of corruption? |
