There are multiple ways. You can post your resume on job portals from where company recruiters or consultants might reach out to you for relevant job openings based on your skills and experience. Alternatively , you can also search for jobs there based on your industry and experience. Almost all companies ask their employees to refer people they know who might fit a particular profile so you can pass on this information in your social circle if you are looking for a job. They will help share your resume internally and if shortlisted, you will be called for interview.

Jobberman and Linkedin were common for bulk hiring but now due to pandemic, things have taken a backseat. However still sometimes you will get to know about a new platform that gives opportunity to direct interviews. So all the best!

Share your job status with your community and social friends, discuss how professional you are in your field and how determined you are to get a job. This will help you secure a better job for 2022.

An online recruitment platform that will be publicized soon it is called Bogger, I heard users can have a live interview section with there employer via an audio and video call without going out of their comfort zone.
